Creamy chickpea dip blended with tahini, lemon, and garlic.

• Labneh

 Thick and tangy strained yogurt, often served with olive oil and herbs.

• Berenjena

 Grilled or roasted eggplant, seasoned with garlic and spices.

• Vine Leaves 

Grape leaves stuffed with rice, herbs, and sometimes pine nuts.

• Makdous 

Baby eggplants stuffed with walnuts, red peppers, and garlic, preserved in olive oil.

• Haloum 

Grilled or pan-fried cheese with a firm texture, served warm.

Dessert & Drinks

• Meghle

Spiced rice pudding traditionally served during celebrations.

• A glass of wine, beer, or soda
